Terms of Service
What we promise, what we don't, and what stays on the clinic's side.
Last updated: 2026-10-01
Written in plain language and reflecting how the service actually works. Have a lawyer read it before commercial use.
What the service is
Perla is a software service that places a chat assistant on a dental clinic's website. The assistant answers visitors based on the profile the clinic filled in and collects booking requests.
The service is provided by Vladyslav Kutsyn, Mladá Boleslav, Czechia.
Account and activation
Signing up is free. A new account starts with no active plan: the profile can be filled in, but the integration key is issued once we activate a plan. This is how we hold back abuse and processing costs.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for actions taken under your account.
Plans and payment
Current plans are listed on the pricing section. Prices exclude VAT. A plan runs monthly and can be changed or cancelled at any time — access continues to the end of the paid period.
We give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects your bill.
What is on the clinic
The accuracy of the profile. Perla answers with exactly what you entered: if the price list is out of date, the patient hears an out-of-date price. Keeping the profile current is your responsibility.
Compliance with the rules on advertising medical services and on data protection in your jurisdiction, and telling patients they are talking to an AI assistant. Perla is labelled as an AI assistant in the chat header.
What the service does not do
Perla is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. It does not diagnose, does not judge how serious symptoms are, and does not recommend treatment. Any clinical judgement is the clinic dentist's alone.
The assistant does not confirm an appointment outright: it collects a request, and a human at the clinic confirms the time.
Availability and limits of liability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service depends on third parties (hosting, database, model provider), and their outages can affect availability.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous three months. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profit.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account for abuse of the service, attempts to circumvent limits, or non-payment — with notice, except in cases of clear abuse.
After an account is closed, data is deleted in line with the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. We will announce material changes by email to the address on the account at least 30 days in advance.
